How does the US$100 trial credit work?
The US$100 trial credit activates once when a new account adds its first valid payment method. Adding the payment method does not create a charge. It expires three calendar months after activation. It applies only to Self-rater and Multi-rater completion charges and does not apply to group reports.
When is Pay As You Go usage billed?
Pay As You Go usage is billed when the unbilled balance reaches US$250, or at the end of the monthly billing period if it remains below US$250.
How do purchased credit packs work?
Purchased credit packs do not expire. If multiple packs are held, the lowest available per-use price is applied first. Customers may purchase the US$1,000 pack repeatedly. Larger negotiated arrangements belong under Enterprise.
